Which skin types are Lumiiya products suitable for?
Lumiiya skincare products are designed for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
What is the Lumiiya Everyday Series?
The Everyday Series is our collection of uncomplicated skincare essentials designed for daily use, all skin types and easy integration into any skincare routine. Use the products together as a complete routine or individually alongside your existing skincare.
Are Lumiiya products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Lumiiya skincare products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Are Lumiiya products fragrance-free?
Yes. All Lumiiya skincare products are fragrance-free.
Are Lumiiya products dermatologically tested?
Yes. Our skincare products have been independently dermatologically tested and certified by Dermatest®.
Is Lumiiya skincare made in Korea?
Yes. All Lumiiya skincare products are made in Korea.
In what order should I use the Lumiiya routine?
Cleanse, Treat, Hydrate. Start with the Everyday Cleanser, follow with the Everyday Serum and finish with the Everyday Moisturizer.
Can I use Lumiiya products every day?
Yes. The Everyday Routine was created for daily use, morning and/or evening, depending on what works best for your skin.

You can find the complete INCI list on each individual product page and on the product packaging.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the EU and to the UK. Available shipping destinations are also shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Germany: 1–2 business days
EU: 2–4 business days
UK: 4–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping is available from 49€ in Germany, 49€ - 69€ in the EU depending on your destination, and £65 in the UK. See our Shipping page for full details.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
Duties and taxes are included in the price.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into processing quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lumiiya.com with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
Can I return opened skincare products?
For hygiene reasons, skincare products can only be returned if they are unopened and still sealed, unless the product is faulty or damaged. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at hello@lumiiya.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
